I totally get that the cut-out trend is really "in" but I just don't like the placement of this. I think it looks nice in the chest area but I would prefer it if you take off the bottom two. She has a great chest and I think this dress really shows it off. I love the color and the classic style of the dress as well!
What do you guys think? Hit? Or miss?
I'm in the middle on this one... she has word just about every dress known to man, and I think her personality helps her wear her clothes with confidence. The color is fun, and the fit is classic, but it's a little too revealing for me. But that's Katy Perry for ya, go bold or go home! :)
