Liv's Summer Recap!! ☼

Well it's been a summer to remember to say the least! Today is my last day of summer but that is no reason for the fun to end!
The last day of a family trip, we like to share our pit and peak of the vacation and last night at the lake, we did the same thing with all of our friends!
I have so many peaks I can't choose just one thing! Being at the lake every week with awesome family friends is something I am so fortunate to experience. Just being around people who make you laugh and enjoy the days off makes me never want summer to end!
Going on vacation up north with my dad's side of the family the weekend before my brother moved away was an unforgettable time! I got to spend time with people very close to me and enjoyed the last few nights with my brother around. We have an amazingly close relationship and him being at college has been something really hard to adjust to.
As for my pit of the summer, there is one moment that stood out to me as something that wasn't very enjoyable.
Being in the hosptial the whole day after getting home from Minneapolis that morning is a story I could re-tell with ease, vividly remembering every second of it. By the end of summer, my brother and his friends were physically torn apart by college but it only makes them realize how great their friendships are. They are all very close family friends so we will be with them many more times. I would not consider this a pit of my summer, just another great milestone in their lives!!

As I said earlier, these past three months are ones I'll never forget. Getting five feet off the water while tubing with long time family friends, family trips up north and to Minneapolis, playing dare games in my hot-tub with friends, watching the sun go down numerous times at the lake, and doing nothing but relaxing at home... it all happened during the summer of 2012!
