Manicure of the Day- 8/12/12

Today on my nails is L'Oreal's Tangerine Crush. I love this color for the summertime because it's a very pretty orange/coral shade and gives my outfit a nice POP of color! I do have to do three coats of this polish because it's pretty runny and clear, otherwise I absolutely love this color for the summer!

McDonald's in the Morrnnn.

The weather is still a little yucky this morning so that calls for a McDonald's run!

Considering that's what the weather looks like outside right now... I decided to paint my nails! And the gloomy weather is clearly rubbing off on me...

This crochet, navy blue swim suit is from Hollister.

And my hair was just twisted back into this bun!

Hit or Miss?- Katy Perry in Rio de Janeiro- Movie Premiere

Not quite sure what to think of this dress Katy wore to her premiere of Katy Perry- Part of Me, in Rio de Janerio.
I totally get that the cut-out trend is really "in" but I just don't like the placement of this. I think it looks nice in the chest area but I would prefer it if you take off the bottom two. She has a great chest and I think this dress really shows it off. I love the color and the classic style of the dress as well!
What do you guys think? Hit? Or miss?
